Why do yoga?

Yoga can help to improve your breathing, posture, strength and flexibility, whatever your shape, size, age, fitness and flexibility. Yoga is non-competitive and not a sport. Yoga can help to ease and calm the mind and body through simple breathing exercises, a range of yoga postures  an guided relaxation.
