During lockdown, I have recorded two home practices for you. Please practice these free 25 – 35 minute yoga practices for general strength, flexibility, focus and calm. Remember to rest and relax afterwards.

The main focus for each adult yoga session, and the overall course, is to calm the body and mind through better breathing, movement and relaxation. The aim is to reduce aches, pains and stress, so that you feel more relaxed, healthier and happier.
In my classes, I draw on my yoga experience, practice and training to give you the most appropriate yoga class I can, based on your needs.
Each week, we start by focusing on the breath to help us breathe better. This releases toxins and tension from the mind and body. In the yoga poses and sequences, we strengthen the body and mind, release tension, increase flexibilty and develop better posture. We finish each class with a chance to relax.

All yoga equipment is provided, though you may like to bring your own yoga mat, if you have one
Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in.
You may like to bring a jumper and a blanket for the relaxation part.
Anna Youngs is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She is fully insured, DBS check and has a first aid certificate.
