ZOOM Yoga for Reducing Anxiety and Creating Calm.
Join me for a four week online yoga course aimed to reduce anxiety and create a sense of inner calm.
There are 4 sessions in the course, lasting 45 minutes each, starting from Tuesday 7th July 2020 at 7pm.
Each session will look at simple, effective yoga breathing, movements and relaxation, designed to help you release anxiety, worries, stress or sadness and create a sense of inner calm. This may help you to sleep better too.
The more you practice, the better the benefits so i will be giving you some simple practices to do during the week.
No experience welcome – you do not need to be fit, flexible, strong or energetic! Your fitness, flexibility, strength and energy will gently improve throughout the course.
Children aged 11+ can join for free as long as there is an adult present. The cost is £20 for 4 sessions.
Practice yoga outdoors this summer with your family, up to 5 friends or as a 121 session. If have never done yoga before, don’t worry. There are many different ways to practice yoga and there is something for everyone. Breathe – move – relax – feel good!
Yoga mats are cleaned before and after every session; social distancing rules followed.
If you do not have a garden and would like to practice in the park, then we can do that too. Please get in touch to discuss all the options.
If the weather is not suitable, then sessions are rearranged at no extra cost.

Free Online Yoga:
Please practice this 35 minute yoga practice for general strength, flexibility, focus and calm. Rest and relax afterwards by listening to a guided relaxation.
