Yoga for Reducing Anxiety
Join me on this 4 week course, running online in July 2020.
The aims of the course are:
- Reduce feelings anxiety, worry, sadness, feeling upset, fear and anger.
- Increase feelings of well being, inner calm, inner strength and hope.
- Improve sleep.
- Improve breathing and strengthen lungs.
- Gently increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone and posture.
- Improve focus and concentration.
- Relax deeply.
You can join for 4 sessions (1 a week).
The sessions will run from Tuesday 30th June – Tuesday 21st July 2020 from 7.00 – 7.45pm.

The more you practice, the greater the benefits, which is why I am giving you simple practices to do during the week between sessions.
Children aged 11+ are welcome to join for free, as long as they are with an adult.
There will be a short questionnaire to fill in at the beginning and end of the course. All information is confidential.
